Home Needs Cleaning Service LLC — Hobart, IN
By booking residential cleaning services with Home Needs Cleaning Service LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Our goal is to ensure transparent, high-quality service and an excellent experience for every client.
Access to Property
Clients must provide safe entry to the home at the scheduled service time.
If we cannot access the home due to lock-out or entry issues, a lock-out fee may apply (up to half the cost of the service).
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
● More than 24 hours notice: No fee
● Less than 24 hours notice: $50 fee
● Same-day/lock-out: Up to half the price of service
Recurring appointments that are skipped or postponed may be subject to an adjusted rate due to extra cleaning time needed.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted methods include:
Credit/Debit
Cash
Online Invoice/Check
Late payments: $10 per day late fee
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly return to re-clean affected areas at no charge. Refunds are not issued in place of re-cleans.
Client Preparation
To help us serve you efficiently, please:
● Pick up toys, clothing & small clutter
● Secure pets
● Put away valuables and fragile items
● Ensure access is provided
● Communicate any special areas of concern
We do not move heavy furniture or use ladders beyond a 2-step stool.
Safety & Hazard Policy
For safety reasons, we do not clean:
● Pest infestations
● Mold
● Biohazards/bodily fluids
● Homes with aggressive or unsafe animals
●Areas that we cannot reach beyond a 3 step stool and long stick duster
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe conditions.
Damage & Liability
We treat your home with care. In the rare event of accidental damage:
● Report any issue within 24-hours
● We will inspect and determine a fair resolution
Not responsible for:
● Pre-existing damage or wear & tear
● Unstable or improperly installed items
● Items not disclosed as delicate or high value
● Surfaces damaged due to age or improper installation
● Damage caused by products/supplies the client requires us to use
Please secure fragile and sentimental items prior to service. We are insured for your peace of mind.
Photos
We may take before/after photos. Photos will not include personal items or identifying details.
To opt-out, simply let us know.
Policy Updates
Policies may be updated at any time and posted on our website. Continuing to schedule with us is an agreement to our terms and conditions.
