Yes, we bring all the professional supplies and tools needed to clean your home. If you prefer us to use your products, just let us know- we’re happy to accommodate.
A quick tidy of personal items - clothes, toys, paperwork, helps us clean more efficiently. We will take care of the rest!
Your professional cleaner will arrive at the scheduled time, if you are a second house keep in mind that your arrival time is a 1-2 hour window time frame. We will let you know when we are on our way. Our cleaner will enter your home by specified instructions given by you. Please make sure that we know any important codes for entry. If you have an alarm we ask that you leave it disabled for the cleaners. If you have pets, please let us know any special instructions (crates, gates, treats, etc.) We want to make sure your furry friends are safe and comfortable!
Your cleaning professional will arrive and do a quick walkthrough to make sure that all specs given on the online estimate are accurate. If there are significant discrepancies, we will reach out to you to make sure you approve any additional expenses before cleaners begin.
Your professional cleaner will service your home as directed by the chosen clean. After the cleaning is finished, we will send you an invoice by text or email and follow up to make sure everything has been done to your satisfaction. If you are paying by cash or check, please leave it for our cleaner in a marked envelope. Payments are due the day of service.
No - you are welcome to be home, but it's not required. Most clients provide a code or key so we can clean while they are out. There's nothing like walking through your own front door to a freshly cleaned home!
Yes! When you are set up on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring cycle we will take that into account when we estimate your clean and offer a discounted rate.
