THE PHASES
We recommend a Two-phase approach to ensure every detail is covered.
● First Phase: This is the most intensive and detailed phase. Crews perform a deep cleaning and dusting of all interior surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and windows, and walls. To help remove fine construction dust, we use specialized equipment, such as HEPA-filtered vacuums, which are used to capture dust particles.
● Touch-up/re-clean: At least one day after the initial clean, a light cleaning is often done at no additional cost, just before the client moves in. This phase addresses any last-minute smudges, fingerprints, or dust that may have resettled after the initial clean.
